Taiwan Animal "Shelters" Exposed.

The videos below were exposed on 11/04/2009 by Environment & Animal Society of Taiwan (https://animal-action.east.org.tw/).  They showed the unbearable truth about Taiwan Animal Shelters.. Those shelters shouldn't even been named "Shelters." It's more like "Jails"..And these animals are on their death sentence.. Even though they did nothing wrong. The dogs were fed with dirty or no water, moldy or no food. Sometimes there were even animal waste in their bowls.  Many times these animal had to eat a member their own in order to survive. This is unfortunately how 319 out of 326 shelters in Taiwan treat animals they catch.
